Boris Kruglikov "Hyperbolic theory in the presence of singularities - II".

I will finish the review of J.Schmeling's results by considering the Belykh system. I explain the difference with SOC systems. I show my examples of entropy increasing in the presence of singularities, discuss when this does not happen and relate the phenomenon to M.Rypdal's caluclations.
