Marius Overholt "Geometric Function Theory - II".
In the second lecture some topics in several complex variables that are especially relevant to geometric function theory will be discussed.
This includes: Holomorphic functions and mappings, the Levi form, strong pseudoconvexity and Narasimhan's lemma, automorphism group of the ball, the Bergman kernel and metric, the Kobayashi distance and differential metric, taut domains, measure hyperbolicity and injective measure hyperbolicity.
